Konami will Hudson komplett übernehmen
Der Publisher will den bisherigen Anteil von 54 % im April über einen Aktientausch auf 100% erhöhen.
Konami will Hudson, Publisher von Bomberman, komplett übernehmen. Der Anteil von bisher 54 Prozent soll auf 100 Prozent erhöht werden.
Im Rahmen der Übernahme, die nach Angaben von Andriasang am 1. April über einen Aktientausch abgeschlossen werden soll, wird auch ein Führungswechsel vollzogen. Hudson-Chef Michihiro Ishzuka wird zugunsten von Konamis Kazuhiko Uehara zurücktreten. Unklar ist, ob der Markenname Hudson erhalten bleibt.
Konami plant, Hudson starker als bisher im Bereich der Mobile- und Social Games einzusetzen.
