Viacom löst MTV Games auf
Sowohl das britische als auch das US-Büro des Publishers ist nicht mehr regulär besetzt.
Nach Informationen von MCV UK hat Viacom nach dem Verkauf von Musikspiel-Hersteller Harmonix (Rock Band, Dance Central) damit begonnen, den unternehmenseigenen Publisher MTV Games zu liquidieren.
Das internationale britische Büro unter Leitung des Ex-THQ-Managers Roy Campbell ist am Mittwoch geschlossen worden; in New York sollen nur noch wenige Mitarbeiter im Controlling vor Ort sein.
Eine offizielle Bestätigung von MTV Games steht noch aus.
