E3 2009 verdreifacht Umsätze
Nachdem die E3 ins LA Convention Center zurückgekehrt ist, macht die Show einen Umsatz von 11,76 Millionen Dollar.
Die E3 2009 hat nach Berichten von GameSpothat die E3 2009 nach der Rückkehr ins LA Convention Center den Umsatz verdreifacht. Dabei hätte die Messe 11,76 Mio. Dollar umgesetzt. Im Jahr zuvor, als man die Show nach Santa Monica in Hotels verlegte, hat die Veranstaltung lediglich 3,24 Millionen Dollar eingespielt.
Die Umsätze US-Softwareorganisation ESA, die die E3 organisiert, sind dennoch im Bereich der Mitgliedsgebühren um 20 Prozent gefallen. Im Jahr 2009 erlöste man 12,26 Mio. Dollar.
